Molly Brown had a life that looks like a movie set. She was born into a humble family of Irish origin who, after a remarriage, emigrated to the United States. She studied until the age of 13, when she started working in a factory. After enduring long working hours, a miserable salary and the abuses of the bosses, he came into contact with the class struggle. However, in history books (and in Sen Enderezo) she is remembered as the unsinkable Molly Brown,.

Margaret Tobin Brown (1867-1932), better known as Molly Brown, became a millionaire after marriage. Don’t get the wrong idea, she didn’t «hunt down a husband and get her financial life sorted out».
Her husband Jim was as poor as she was, so much so that he too came from an Irish Catholic family. Good fortune came knocking at the door thanks to a mine.

You probably already knew that Jack and Rose, the main characters in the 1997 movie Titanic, weren’t real. Like all films “based on a true story,” the movie added its own fictional elements to historical events. But during the film, Jack and Rose do run into several characters based on real people—some of whom have far more interesting stories than the film addresses.
The movie’s writer and director, James Cameron, “wanted to surround [the roles played bygd Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet], particularly in first class, with real passengers,” says Paul Burns, vice president and curator for the Titanic Museum Attractions in Missouri and Tennessee.
Don Lynch, the historian for the Titanic Historical Society who also served as the 1997 film’s historian, says Cameron picked out these people in advance when he wrote the script. On set, Lynch advised the actors about their historical characters’ accents, behaviors, and personalities.
