Yevgeny Roizman had previously referred to the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine as a "war". He could face five years in prison if convicted.

    Roizman founded the Nevyansk Icon Museum over two decades ago in Yekaterinburg, Russia's fourth-largest city.     Yevgeny Roizman has been many things - businessman and anti-drugs campaigner, art expert and champion off-road racer.
