An Especially Good View: Watching History Happen | Jewish Book Council
Peter Osnos must be a delightful dinner guest. He’s worked with many celebrities, including several presidents of the United States. He tells beguiling, behind-the-scenes stories from the worlds of journalism and book publishing. Obama is expected to be in Israel on March 20, part of a Middle East trip that also includes the West Bank and Jordan.
Last year Obama awarded Peres the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor in the United States.
